This email is submitted in an effort to recognize the great job done by Mr. David Tinsley as he helped us repair a printer we sorely needed. After receiving the necessary part, he installed it in our printer. We experienced some minor problems again after he left and he returned and reapplied his efforts making sure the problem was addressed from many different angles. The consultation time alone was enough reason to send this letter, but his attitude and great PR are great examples to all service technicians as how to work with the clients they encounter. Thank you again for your support and thanks to all of you for working so diligently to address the needs of our school.

As a non-profit organization, Virginia Stage Company went for several years installing and supporting our network with volunteered IT help. As a result, we have a hodge-podge system that can no longer be maintained internally. ESI has worked with us in a professional, timely manner to bring our IT system up to the level that serves our needs in addition to providing daily maintenance support. When all is said and done, ESI is providing this service at less expense than what it was costing the Company with volunteered IT help. The latest example of [Art Atilano's] dedication to the City of Virginia Beach occurred just last night. Art was preparing to leave for the day and we needed his assistance at the Sheriff's Office. ESI has provided the Virginia Arts Festival with excellent copier services since 1994. This strong relationship has recently grown to include ESI maintenance for all printers and large print jobs. After last night, I wanted to take a minute today, now that things have settled a little, to let you know how much I appreciate and depend on ESI's support. Several times in the past I have needed to call ESI for parts to be shipped over night or for service when the problem was beyond my skill level to resolve quickly myself. Debbie [Nagovich], you have found parts when there were no parts to be found, then have them shipped to our door the next day. Gene [Starr] has spent a few nights with me here at the hospital when we would have a network failure only find a user has created a loop back on the network or a virus was loose on the network. Really it is Gene Starr and Debbie Nagovich to the rescue time and time again when we are in need. Thanks to the two of you!!! I couldn't sleep at night if I didn't have the two of you to depend on!

I'm writing on behalf of everyone here at Virginia Ballet Theatre to thank ESI for everything you have done for us. The new phone system you donated has drastically changed our workload within the office allowing each of us to better concentrate on our own responsibilities. The new system took an overwhelming situation and made it manageable.

We would also like to commend your company on the service provided to us. From the very beginning, everyone there has been thorough in fmding out what our particular needs were and have strived to provide excellent customer service. From our account manager, Chris Opitz, who always follows up to make sure a problem was taken care of to Richard Parker who seems to almost magically appear at our door to walk us through features and programs we don't quite understand yet. . .. to the operator who made a point of calling me back to make sure my call had been taken care of, even when it wasn't her job.

Thank you [Deborah] for your follow-up email; I too enjoyed our conversation today and the wealth of information you provided me. As I openly stated, I am extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism exhibited by the ESI staff members with whom I have had occasion to work. You unquestionably demonstrated that same high level of competence in our discussion.

I fully appreciate the benefit of a work analysis. In my past life in the military, mid-way before changing careers into law, I spent 14 years in administration. A few years included a tour in occupational study and workflow analysis, which I frankly found quite eye-opening. Similarly, it consisted of doing a study of workers; what they did, how they did it, and developing a comparison to determine if it's being done most efficiently or if it's even necessary at all. As such, I have a full appreciation of your role in conducting a "document workflow analysis" and what the outcome of that could bring.
